Deleting your Recallm account
You can delete your Recallm account together with all your game data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Recallm.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap “Delete account” (on a guest account: “Delete my data”) and confirm.
Your data is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email contact@devcraft.it with the subject “Recallm account deletion”. If your account is linked to Google or an email address, write from that address — that is how we find the account. We will delete it within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.
A guest account holds no email address or other contact details, so without the app there is no way to tell which data is yours. If the app is still on your phone, delete your data in Profile.
What we delete
- Your account — its identifier and, for a linked account, your email address and Google profile data.
- Game progress — completed exercises, your answers, scores, number of attempts and the eyes counter.
- Settings — e.g. the selected language.
What we keep
- Technical server logs — they expire automatically after about 30 days.
- Aggregate statistics — e.g. the number of deleted accounts. They contain nothing that could identify you.
- Your supporter purchase (if any) — it is stored in your Google Play account and managed by Google. After a reinstall, the app restores it automatically.
